Tactical Trauma Care

This is not your typical first aid class. Our intensive 8-hour trauma course equips participants with the critical skills needed to respond effectively to life-threatening injuries. Drawing from nationally recognized EMS protocols and battlefield-proven U.S. military techniques, this training prepares you to take immediate, decisive action in high-stress emergencies.

Students will learn both foundational and advanced trauma care methods designed to stabilize patients and improve survivability until professional medical help arrives.

• Rapid identification and control of severe bleeding
   
• Proper application and limitations of commercial and improvised tourniquets
   
• Wound packing techniques and use of hemostatic dressings
   
• Pressure point application and pressure bandaging
   
• Airway assessment and basic airway management
   
• Recognition and treatment of shock
   
• Hypothermia prevention and management
   
• Proper use of occlusive dressings for penetrating chest injuries
